Pier 12 Directors are studying the photos you sent that show rebar corrosion in the deck beside the upper garage ramp. The photos confirm the predictions you made about the condition of that section.
This prompted Directors to ask me to thank you, on behalf of the Board, for your work and advice on the concrete repair. From Directors’ many comments I can add that they all much appreciate your contribution and effort throughout the garage ramp and balcony projects.
