Protecting our client’s investment in repairs is the primary focus of our project management process. We believe in deep partnerships with our clients and as such consider each project to be like our own. As professional project managers, registered with the Project Management Institute (PMI®), Edison focuses on the key indicators of time, cost and quality throughout the project.

Our processes are thorough and are designed to keep all team members and stakeholders informed. Prior to starting projects we chair startup meetings where all components of the project are discussed. During the construction phase we review the work in progress to ensure that it is being carried out properly, we certify the contractor’s invoices, and chair regular site meeting to ensure consistent communication. We handle all contract administration services. At project completion we carry out final reviews and work with the owner to ensure all final deficiencies are addressed.

The principal measure of project quality is client satisfaction. Our collaborative strategy and techniques identify client requirements and our project delivery systems ensure they are achieved.
